Emir Ramic: After the Holocaust, repeated genocide happen again in Bosnia and Herzegovina. UN that have arisen on the basis of the needs of Holocaust Remembrance, not only didn’t enforce the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, they are allowed that under their flag and their "protection" occurs the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the documentary movie called "Never Again A Broken Promise" in 13 episodes of the scenario Yolanda Papini-Pollock and directed by Rogers Ofime , using scientific research and legal fact and the testimony of survivors of the genocide victims in the world, one complete episode will be dedicated to the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The film is being sponsored by the Government of Canada and will be premiered at the central Canadian television. Member of the International Expert Team of the Institute for Research of Genocide {IGC}, Canada Yolanda Papini-Pollock approached IGC, asking if we can help her with one episode of the film about the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina. IGC has set two members of the International Expert Team, who will speak about the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Simultaneously IGC will provide the necessary scientific research and other documentation relating to genocide in Bosnia.
This important film aims to raise awareness, responsibility and education of Canadians about the need to combat genocide. Viewers will be able to learn about the specifics of genocide in Bosnia. The film is a sort of call to action against the creators and perpetrators of genocide. The film is a call to all people to raise their voice against genocide.
Present and future generations of all previous crimes of genocide must finally, in the interest of the future of modern humanity and civilization, draw a historical lesson on the need to strengthen, develop and unite all forces, regardless of their national, ethnic, racial, religious, ideological or political affiliation. Therefore, a reminder of the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina has historical importance for the whole of humanity. Talking about the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the task of all of us that it never and to no one does not happen again. All the genocide victims oblige us to the name of the future of humanity and the highest human and social values, freedoms and rights, civilization and cultural achievements of the goods, do not allow or prevent all intents and attempts in which the crime of genocide is rewarded and victim remains punished. The perpetrators of genocide deserve special condemnation and outrage. Our task, especially researchers who scientifically investigate genocide and other forms of crimes against humanity and international law, need to narrow space for all current and potential falsification, manipulation and lies.

Although, the International Court of Justice in The Hague in 2007, an International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia confirmed genocide in Srebrenica and Zepa, and also genocides have been confirmed by many judgments of national courts, but still today a smaller entity permanently denies, minimize and tabooed to insults the victims and witness of aggression and genocide.
From the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we must learn to be more human, more compassionate, valuing each person as a creature of infinite value, so valuable to know that such atrocities will never happen and that the world will be a more humane place, "said Ramic.
