It was an honor to present collaboratively with Dr. Emir Ramic at the Srebrenica Day commemoration of the Bosnian genocide in Toronto, Canada. I had the honor of presenting Dr. Ramic with a personal gift acknowledging his tremendous contribution in raising awareness about the Bosnian genocide. Dr. Ramic and I met with Canadian Member of Parliament, Borys Werzesnewskyj, who also co-charis the Parliamentary Committee on Genocide. Representative Werzesnewskyj gave a moving speech about the events that led to genocide in Srebrenica; and he asked me to share my upcoming book, A Framework to Understand the Bosnian Genocide, with him.
