The Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has acknowledged that the declaration of January 9th by Republika Srpska is discriminatory and unconstitutional. The Ministry confirmed in a reply to the Institute For Research Of Genocide Canada (IGC) that the Canadian representative on the Peace Implementation Council issued a Communiqué reiterating that the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina are final and binding, and request the mandatory implementation of the Court's decision at all levels of government in BiH. We are happy to see such a strong ally of BiH in Canada, and are grateful to the IGC for their advocacy.
