Naučnici moraju znati da su oni misleća bića, a ne država. Država je aparat koji treba da im pomogne. Naučnici izgrađuju državu, a ne država naučnike.

Scientists should understand that they are intelligence, and not the state. The state is the mechanism which needs to provide them help.
