PROGLAS bosanskohercegovačke dijaspore zbog političke situacije u domovini

 

Polazeći od činjenica:

 

- da su mir i stabilnost u Bosni i Hercegovini najugroženiji od završetka agresije, genocida i potpisivanje Dejtonskog mirovnog sporazuma,

- da su državne institucije blokirane i ne funkcionišu,

- da političari iz entiteta Republika Srpska spriječavaju rad državnih institucija i blokiraju cijelu državu,

- da se lideri Srbije, koja je osuđena za nespriječavanje genocida u Bosni i Hercegovini, i lideri Hrvatske, koja je osuđena je za Udruženi zločinaćki poduhvat u Bosni i Hercegovini, dogovaraju o Bosni i Hercegovini i objavljuju svoju 90 postotnu saglasnost,

- da novi kao i prethodni Visoki predstavnik nijemo svjedoči razaranje države Bosne i Hercegovine,

- da se ustav Bosne i Hercegovine i Dejtonski mirovni sporazum ne poštuju, - da su graÄ‘ani Bosne i Hercegovine uznemireni i zabrinuti,

 

POZIVAMO

 

sve organizacije, zajednice, institute, medije i aktivne pojedince u bosanskohercegovačkoj dijaspori da u državama u kojima žive zajednički

- lobiraju usvajanje hitne parlamentarne deklaracije za zaštitu teritorijalnog integriteta, suvereniteta, nezavisnosti i političkog subjektiviteta Bosne i Hercegovine.

- osude negiranja genocida, sudskih i naučno utvrđenih činjenica, - osude glorifikovanje osuđenih ratnih zločinaca,

- osude korupciju na svim nivoima političkog organizovanja u Bosni i Hercegovini.

Imajući u vidu veliku snagu bosanskohercegovačke dijaspore pozivamo je da pripremi Bosanski Sabor koji će:

- trasirati osnovne elemente bolje budućnosti države Bosne i Hercegovine i

- tražiti od Visokog predstavnika da upotrijebi svoja bonska ovlaštenja u cilju uklanjanja svih negatora države iz političkog života zemlje.

 

 

 

PROCLAMATION   

 

Of the Bosnia and Herzegovina diaspora concerning the current political situation in the homeland.

 

Commencing with the facts:

 

- That the endangerment and threat to peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina (State) is at its highest since the end of aggression, committed genocide and signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement;

 

- That the State institutions are blocked and not functioning;

 

- That the politicians from Republic of Srpska entity are preventing the work of the State institutions and therefore preventing and blocking the functioning of the State as a whole;

 

- That the leaders of Serbia, a country convicted of failing to prevent a genocide and leaders of Croatia, a country condemned of joint criminal enterprise to commit war crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina, are now colluding over Bosnia and Herzegovina by announcing their ninety percent agreement;

 

- That the new High Representative, reminiscent of his predecessor is silently bearing witness to the destruction of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

 

- That the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Dayton Peace Agreement are not being respected;

 

- That the citizens of Bosnia and Hercegovina are disturbed and troubled by the current political situation.

 

 

WE THEREFORE INVITE

 

All organizations, communities, institutes, media and active individuals in Bosnia and Herzegovina diaspora to, in their respective countries of residence:

 

- Lobby for the adoption of urgent parliamentary declaration for the protection of the territorial integrity, sovereignty, independence and political subjectivity in Bosnia and Herzegovina;

 

- Condemn the denial of genocide and denial of judicially and scientifically established facts;

 

- Condemn the glorification of convicted war criminals;

 

- Condemn corruption at all levels of political structure in Bosnia and Herzegovina;

 

Given the great strength that the Bosnia and Herzegovina diaspora possesses, we call on it to prepare a Bosnian Assembly that will:

 

- Outline basic fundamentals for a better future of and inBosnia and Herzegovina; and

 

- Demand that the High Representative uses his Bonn powers in order to remove all those that deny and negate the existence of the State from all aspects of its political structure.
