Bosnian Peoples protesting !

"I am writing to you to express my deep concern about the documentary shown on NRK "Byen som kunne ofres" og "Sporene fra Sarajevo". I am a firm believer in freedom of expression, but denying the genocide in Srebrenica should not be called freedom of speech. The crimes against humanity committed at Srebrenica have been recognized by the ICTY International Court of Justice, International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia in Hague! According to the definition of genocide registered in 1948 at the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, this uncivilized act means any deliberate, systematic violent action aimed at destruction, in whole or in part, of an ethnic, religious, or national group, with the intention to kill, persecute, dislocate, or steal their movable and immovable property. This definition includes the terror and deprivation of liberty, torture of prisoners, torture and abuse of the weak and defenseless people.

The war against Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period 1992–1995, and particularly against the Bosnian Muslims, officially known as Bosniaks, was conducted as a classic genocidal war. The city of Sarajevo was subjected to genocidal blockade, siege, constant artillery and sniper fire from the breakaway parts of the Yugoslav National Army (JNA) joined by Chetnik (Serb ultranationalist) paramilitary formations that did not care that the city was also inhabited by a significant number of Serb people. All citizens of Sarajevo were abandoned hostages, victims of a pathological obsession to kill utilizing all irrational forms of destruction. It was the same case with all other cities in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Only the enemies of humanity and civilization can deny that Bosnia was on many different occasions exposed to genocidal conquest and devastation.

Holocaust and genocide denials are illegal in a number of European countries and the Canadian parlament along with several states in U.S.

has adopted Srebrenica genocide resolution. I truly hope that Norway in the future will follow their example.

Along with diplomatic pressure aimed at redrawing the borders of internationally recognized Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a synchronized and organized attack campaign is being carried out by a fascist and neo-Nazi lobby that operate in the territory of Europé.

Those forces stands behind this movie and I am very sorry that a respecatble TV house such as NRK has shown this documentary which is based on pure propaganda and it can not be called serious journalism.

I hope you will keep in mind that 8372 boys were systematically killed by Serbian troops in Srebrenica and more than 1000 small children was killed during the Serbian siege of Sarajevo 1992-1995, they no longer have a voice to stand up for justice. At the end of the day, it is your decision whether to allow those who deny genocide to use your respecatble TV house as a platform to promote their interests. I truly hope and belive that you openly condem this movie which is propagating the mythology of genocide and holocaust denial.

Respectfully,

MR.sci. Ante Milinovic,

Town Bosanski Novi, in Bosnia, not in Serbia!
