CLOSING CANADA’S EMBASSY IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

 

We, Canadian citizens of the Bosniak and Bosnian descent, unfortunately saw a lot and knew a lot, or some would argue too much, to accept and believe that our country Canada's decision to close our embassy in Sarajevo, while of course keeping the grandiose marble Embassy in Belgrade and one in Zagreb open,  is merely  "shifting resources to meet Canada's needs in ever-changing world".

 

Given our country's peculiar international status [neither de jure nor de facto a sovereign state; opinions of many that the farce of the elected representatives, Government, Senate, GG , etc. is only 'democratic facade' for the gullible population, while the real pulling the strings are done 'elsewhere' ], this is no difference than the 'roles' which Canada and, e.g., Australia received when the former Yugoslavia collapsed and forbidden aggression and genocide on the sovereign state and UN Member, the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (RBiH), and its People started. According to those plans, now is the time of the "end-game" for Bosnia and the Balkans: A Greater Serbia (including the genocide product so-called 'Republika Srpska Entity'); A Greater Croatia (including the BiH Federation); and A Greater Albania (including Kosova but up to Mitrovica only). Camp Bondsteel will remain so that the Americans, the British and NATO can control and dominate the Balkans for the indefinite future. And for that, according to those plans, Bosnia and Herzegovina has to go the way of history and the Bosnians to become the Palestinians of the Balkans.

 

Canada's role was then and now is (and nothing to do with who is PM or which federal party is 'in power', minority or majority) to be deeply anti-Bosnia and Herzegovina and pro-Greater Serbia. We know and feel it everyday, almost to touch it in the air.  Even mainstream original/born Canadians started recently to express it themselves in the very mainstream and powerful media:

 

"... Is the Serbian lobby in this country so powerful as to effect toadyism by our government?... “

We, the Canada's citizens of Bosniak descent, have the rights to be indignant and to have democratic rights to protest against one such decision. And majority of us are survivors of the aggression and genocide - NOT the 'Civil War'!  - on us and our homeland country the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Serbia/Montenegro, only to find that the our executors and torturers, from the joint organized terrorist genocidal criminal enterprise of Chetniks and ideologically related/similar movements and persons, are now world headquartered in Canada, Ontario, with impunity.

It is perverse and sickening to watch how so-called 'media' and so-called 'Opposition' alike (who think that we will forget their '93 - '05 period 'in power' and what happened then!) manipulate and hide from the Canadian Public that Canada is a member of the Steering Board (SB), i.e., The Executive Arm, of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC), and that our Canada's Forces are still with military deployment there.

At the very least, we are also taxpayers like all/any other Canada's citizens. And we should watch how it is used against what we are?

It is most disturbing that our January 2007 report/analysis "Foreign Affairs Canada Does Not Have Policy on Relations with BiH", following our January 8, 2007 meeting with the DFAIT Eastern Europe and Balkans Director and his team, has now been proved (see Enclosure 1 ).

Perhaps the column "All Those Fine People" by the Canada's citizen, a Bosniak and Bosnian, the expert and witness par excellence, sums it up all (link and excerpts in Enclosure 2).

Foreign Affairs Canada Does Not Have Policy on Relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) ...

The Congress of the North American Bosniak (CNAB) received invitation to visit Foreign Affairs Canada.
On January 8, 2007, the CNAB delegation had a meeting with:
Pierre Guimond, Director Eastern Europe and Balkans Division
and
Paul Roche, Desk Officer - Serbia-Montenegro and BiH Eastern Europe and Balkans Division

From the conversation and exchanges during the meeting, it is apparent that the politics and policies of the former Prime Minister of Canada, Mr Mulroney, are followed, i.e. open pro-Serb.
. . .
CNAB stated that Canada had an important role in the international community. However, in order to keep that role, Canada should first correct its sins from the past when it refused to recognize the majority will and voice of the B&H electorate, and then positioned itself on the wrong 'cards' and not on the principles of democracy and voice of the people who it ought to respect and protect.
It was pointed out to them that, as a matter of fact, in that critical period Canada was lead by Prime Minister who had allowed the ethnic interests of his own family [Mila Mulroney maiden Pivnicki] to interfere with the foreign affairs of the country.

On that occasion, the CNAB replied that it was disastrous and destructive that Government of Canada, fifteen years after the aggression on and genocide of B&H, still held wrong views. It was emphasized that all peace-time referendums and election results in the former Yugoslavia, outside of well-known Milosevic-controlled Serbia proper, could not be compared to Quebec, as Canadian Chetniks (cf. the above " Canada was lead by Prime Minister who had allowed the ethnic interests of his own family to interfere with the foreign affairs of the country") spread falsely and thus put fog over the eyes of many, which Canadian 'decision makers' were obviously eager to use. . . . “

... I have had many fine friends here. All of them, Canadians, declared themselves to have been my friends - yet they never were. I have never took them to task over it, as it would not have been fine...

... [Mrs. and Mr. ...] are a fine people and they do not protest or demonstrate. They have fine contacts within the system. They let a genocide be finely aided and abetted and then swept under the carpet, all in their name.
That is how a truly fine people comport themselves...

I wanted to throw those fine people, those self-proclaimed friends, out of my home but my then wife did not allow that as that would not have been nice...

[Mrs. and Mr. ...]  are not the only fine people. Canada, and especially Ottawa, is full of fine people.
I have met a lot of them. Every time it has ended with a strange sensation of pain in the area of my ... I can not find an explanation for that. It must be because I am from Bosnia and therefore I am not a fine person.

Canada has finely evaded, at least up to now, its complicity to the crime of genocide against Bosnia and Bosniaks.

... The fine Government of Canada bestowed a hero’s decoration upon him and, subsequently, the fine Governor General, a certain Michaelle Jean, who is the chief commanding officer of Canada’s military, promoted him into the Order of Canada - the highest most decoration in the country. A fine woman has decorated a fine man who was finely removed and, indeed, fled Bosnia because of allegations of rape.

This past Sunday I went for a walk along the Ottawa river ... I came upon a plaque ["The Nile Voyageurs 1884-85"], which I have seen before, in which the finesse of the British Empire is documented, Canada being but a part of it ... Upon the plaque it is finely written that the British called upon volunteers of their Canadian colony to finely go and conquest lands on the other side of the world. It needs to be noted that on this plaque an ending “ist” is being used in a derogatory meaning which has, by now, been attributed to denote a negative in Islam and from that a noun and an adjective have finely been created, as in “Islamist”, to demean a religion, a way of life and a people.

This fine plaque finely evades the fact that the British Empire has committed the crimes of invasion, aggression and genocide in Sudan, in which the fine Canadians volunteered - they all are a fine people. The defender of Khartoum, Muhammad Ahmed Mahdi [and] His fighters were proclaimed “Mahdists”. It is because they were not finely organized, they did not finely attack but they defended themselves. Well, that was not fine...

Wake up, oh people, and realize, people, that all of us are being separated on the basis of nationality and religion. In the process we all become slaves and in that slavery we all, paradoxically, become equal!

All of that is being so finely applied onto us that we are not able to sense the finesse of it.
