..I was honored to participate, with primary author Kata Lucas, and team members Sanja, and Ida, in the preparation and release of our open letter advocating for support and reparations for victims of sexual violence in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1992-1995) ...thanks to Kata for her vision for the open letter to the High Representative, and to all of the signatories, including Bakira Hasečić, Siba Kikanovic, Džafer Kulenović, Munira Subašić, Rasim Muratović, Adil Kulenovic, Emir Ramic, Senadin Lavić. David J. Simon, Aida Sarkinović, Zahida Bajrić. Selena Seferovic, Mirsad Causevic, Mujko Erovic, Seida Karabašić, Hariz Halilović, Patrick McCarthy, and Smajlje Srdanović...our thanks as well to our translator Ajla Omerspahic for her excellent work...members of our team will attempt to meet with the High Representative in early July to encourage him to take action on this issue and to form an independent commission...
