IGC je pisao Vladi Kanade: Osudite prijetnju suverenitetu Bosne i Hercegovine.
IGC wrote to the Goverment of Canada: Condemn the Threat to the Sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Director of the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada sent a letter to the Canadian Minister of Foreign Afairs regarding attempts to undermine the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina through statements by Croatian Member of the European Parliament Željana Zovko.
The recent statement by the Member of the European Parliament, Ms. Željana Zovko, in which she once again interferes in the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina by demanding that the Prime Minister of the neighboring Republic of Croatia, Andrej Plenkovi?, “hand over the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina” is the latest blow to the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and especially its European perspective.
Such positions directly negate the judgments of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), especially in relation to the judgment “Prli? et al.”, which established the existence of a joint criminal enterprise aimed at creating mono-ethnic parts of the territory in Bosnia and Herzegovina, under the de facto control of official Zagreb, i.e. the neighboring Republic of Croatia, and today the same goals are being sought to be realized through political means.
That such positions by certain representatives of the European Parliament deny and reject the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, which established the existence of ethno-territorial discrimination in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Such positions of Member of the Europen Parliament are in complete contradiction with the values and norms of the European Union, as prescribed in the Lisbon Treaty.
Therefore that the European Parliament, within the framework of appropriate procedures and ethical norms, take a position rejecting and condemning such positions, which seek to realize the goals of the adjudicated joint criminal enterprise, with the ultimate goal of taking over and usurping the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina by neighboring Croatia.
As the aforementioned statements cause instability in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we kindly ask that Canada within the framework of its procedures, take a clear position on the inappropriate and highly destabilizing statements of Ms. Zovko.

Direktor Instituta za istraživanje genocida Kanada uputio je pismo kanadskom ministru vanjskih poslova povodom pokušaja podrivanja suvereniteta Bosne i Hercegovine izjavama hrvatske zastupnice u Evropskom parlamentu Željane Zovko.
Nedavna izjava zastupnice u Evropskom parlamentu, gospo?e Željane Zovko, u kojoj se još jednom miješa u unutrašnje stvari Bosne i Hercegovine zahtijevaju?i od premijera susjedne Republike Hrvatske Andreja Plenkovi?a „predaje Predsjedništvo Bosne i Hercegovine” najnoviji je udarac suverenitetu Bosne i Hercegovine, a posebno njenoj evropskoj perspektivi.
Ovakvi stavovi direktno negiraju presude Me?unarodnog krivi?nog suda za bivšu Jugoslaviju (MKSJ), posebno u odnosu na presudu „Prli? i dr.“, kojom je utvr?eno postojanje udruženog zlo?ina?kog poduhvata u cilju stvaranja jednonacionalnih dijelova teritorija u Bosni i Hercegovini, pod de facto kontrolom zvani?nog Zagreba, odnosno susjedne Republike Hrvatske, a danas se traže isti ciljevi ostvariti politi?kim sredstvima.
Da ovakvim stavovima pojedinih zastupnika Evropskog parlamenta negiraju i odbacuju presude Evropskog suda za ljudska prava kojima je utvr?eno postojanje etnoteritorijalne diskriminacije u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Ovakvi stavovi poslanika u Evropskom parlamentu su u potpunoj suprotnosti sa vrednostima i normama Evropske unije, kako to propisuje Lisabonski ugovor.
Stoga da Evropski parlament, u okviru odgovaraju?ih procedura i eti?kih normi, zauzme stav da odbacuje i osu?uje takve stavove, kojima se nastoje ostvariti ciljevi dosu?enog udruženog zlo?ina?kog poduhvata, s krajnjim ciljem preuzimanja i uzurpiranja suvereniteta Bosne i Hercegovine susjednom Hrvatskom.
