The Bosnian Genocide in the message of Hon. Hélène Laverdière, Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for the Prevention of Genocide and other Crimes against Humanity in the Canadian Parliament:  

“Preventing genocide and crimes against humanity is a critical test for the international community. Yet the tragically repeated phrase “Never Again” after the horrors of the Holocaust, the Armenian genocide, Cambodia, Rwanda, and Bosnia is being echoed in our time. We must learn from past mistakes, but our challenge is greater still: to ensure that the lessons we learn are remembered, communicated, and lead to solutions for breaking the vicious cycle of crimes against humanity”.

Ipak, tragi?no ponovljena fraza "Nikad više" nakon užasa holokausta, genocida nad Jermenima, Kambodže, Ruande i Bosne odjekuje u naše vrijeme. Moramo u?iti iz prošlosti. Greške koje nau?imo se pamte, saopštavaju i vode rješenju za razbijanje za?aranog kruga zlo?ina protiv ?ovje?nosti”.
