I like to present to you our book Textbook about Srebrenica.

The book is based on the 2024 United Nations General Assembly Resolution on Srebrenica. Thanks to our work, Canada was a co-sponsor of this resolution.

Thanks to our institute, the Canadian Parliament declared July 11th as the Canadian Day of Remembrance for the Srebrenica Genocide.

The book focuses on the Srebrenica genocide, its causes and consequences, judicially established facts, contemporary forms of denial, the culture of memory, the experiences of survivors, and education about genocide.

Srebrenica is not only a subject of historical research, but also a place of contemporary responsibility and a Bosnian, European, and global issue of attitudes toward genocide, justice, truth, and human dignity.

Despite the final judgments of international and domestic courts, attempts are still being made to deny and relativize the Srebrenica genocide.

The message of this book is a universal and powerful message of peace and  serves as a lesson for everyone—and that peace is not a destination, but a way of life.

The book should remain a warning to present and future generations.

The main goal of our project is global education about the Srebrenica genocide in order to prevent the denial of the genocide to ensure historical truth endures and future generations recognize the consequences of hatred.

This book is essentially to let the world know what and why the genocide happened. 

This book is essential to educate young generation around the world to know reality and prevent same genocide to happen elsewhere. 

Our goal is to translate this book to many languages and distribute word wide where we can. 

The book review was written by eminent world academic leaders.


This project will strengthen Canada's leadership position in the global culture of remembrance for the Srebrenica genocide.



We are looking for good partnership with reputable organization like Humaniti foundation to help us to achieve this Nobel work.

Details of our possible collaboration with Humaniti Canada will be communicated by Saban Basic, Director of Marketing at our institute.
